Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety of an experimental injection called CAN1012 for people with pre-cancerous mouth lesions or early-stage non-invasive breast lesions. Participants will receive one injection directly into the affected area before their scheduled surgical removal. The main goal is to check if the injection causes any safety issues that might delay the planned surgery.
