Can early movement therapy help At-Risk babies thrive?
NCT ID NCT07201805
Summary
This study is testing whether starting physiotherapy early can help improve movement and brain development in infants who are at risk for problems like cerebral palsy. Researchers will compare babies who receive special family-centered physiotherapy after leaving the NICU to babies who get standard care. They will measure the infants' movements, neurological exams, and development at 3 and 6 months old to see if the extra therapy makes a difference.
