NCT ID NCT06828796
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving the immune-suppressing drug tacrolimus earlier than usual can lower the risk of cytokine release syndrome (a severe immune reaction) in people receiving a half-matched stem cell transplant for blood cancer. About 20 adults will take part, and researchers will monitor side effects and safety during the first days after transplant. The goal is to make this type of transplant safer and more manageable.
