Early rehab after c-section may speed belly muscle recovery

Summary
This study looks at whether starting a rehabilitation program very soon after a C-section or hysterectomy can help women regain strength in their abdominal muscles. Sixty women aged 35-50 with a BMI under 29 will take part. They will do exercises for 6 weeks, and muscle thickness will be measured with ultrasound before and after the program.
