Summary
This study follows 500 adults with pancreatic cancer who had surgery to remove their tumor. Researchers want to see how often the cancer comes back within the first year, where it returns, and how it is found. No new treatments are given—participants just continue their normal follow-up care. The goal is to learn more about early recurrence to help guide future treatment plans.
