Baby's first moves could hold key to future mobility in CP
NCT ID NCT07498101
Summary
This study aimed to see if the quality of a baby's early movements (between 3-5 months old) could predict their future motor function as they grow older with cerebral palsy (CP). Researchers looked back at video recordings and medical records of 40 children with CP to compare their early movement scores with their later motor skills. The goal was to help doctors better understand a child's potential and plan therapies earlier.
