First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study looked at whether starting gentle exercises and walking soon after a C-section helps lower pain. 56 women who had planned C-sections took part. Half did early bed exercises and walking, while the other half got standard care. The goal was to see if moving early leads to less pain and faster recovery.
