First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study is testing whether a telemedicine tool can help primary care doctors find skin cancer earlier. About 1,440 people with suspicious moles or light skin types will have their skin lesions photographed and reviewed remotely by a dermatologist. The goal is to see if this approach can speed up diagnosis and reduce the need for in-person specialist visits.
