New hope for early detection of childhood vision disorder
NCT ID NCT07212010
Summary
This study aims to create a simple screening tool to identify cerebral vision impairment (CVI) in infants as young as 4-12 months old. Researchers will enroll 600 children, including those at risk for CVI and those with a confirmed diagnosis, to test various vision and developmental assessments. The goal is to catch CVI earlier and better understand how it affects a child's motor, language, and thinking skills to guide future care.
