First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looked at whether starting chemotherapy 10 to 14 days after colon cancer surgery is better than waiting the usual 2 weeks. About 300 people with stage III colon cancer took part. The goal was to see if earlier treatment improves survival and lowers the chance of cancer coming back, while also checking side effects and quality of life.
