NCT ID NCT05849610
First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests two new drug combinations (teclistamab plus daratumumab and talquetamab plus daratumumab) as early treatment for people newly diagnosed with a high-risk form of multiple myeloma, a blood cancer. The goal is to see if these treatments can make the cancer disappear completely at a very sensitive level. About 30 participants will receive these therapies after initial standard treatment, and researchers will monitor how well they work and any side effects.
