Summary
This study looks at whether an early assessment team can help people referred to outpatient mental health care more than the usual approach. The team aims to quickly figure out each person's needs and connect them to the right services, like work support or social help, instead of just putting them on a waiting list. About 588 adults with mental health challenges are taking part. The goal is to see if this leads to better daily functioning and quality of life.
