Summary

This study tested a drug called E7820 in 12 people with relapsed or hard-to-treat blood cancers (AML, MDS, or CMML) that have mutations in certain splicing factor genes. Participants took one pill daily to see if it could help control their cancer. The main goal was to measure how long people lived after one year.
