New pill combo aims to shrink Hard-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new oral drug combination (E7727 plus decitabine) in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to at least two prior treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and to see if the drugs can slow tumor growth. Up to 35 participants will be enrolled.
