Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called E2086 in 64 adults with narcolepsy to see if it can reduce excessive daytime sleepiness. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 4 weeks, and their ability to stay awake will be measured using a standard test. The goal is to find the best dose for improving alertness.
