NCT ID NCT07216183

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study is testing a new sensor system called E-SWEAT that fits inside a prosthetic leg socket. It measures pressure, temperature, and sweat acid levels on the skin of people with below-knee amputations. The goal is to see if these sensors can reliably track skin health and understand how pressure affects sweat acid. Participants will wear the sensors while walking and doing a yoga pose.
