Online course aims to boost nurse skills in cancer drug safety

Summary
This study will create and test an online learning program for nurses who give powerful cancer treatments like chemotherapy. About 238 nurses from two cancer centers in Oman will take part. Half will use the new e-learning module, and the other half will continue with their usual training. Researchers will compare their knowledge, attitudes, and skills before and after the program to see if the online training helps improve safety and care.
