Scientists measure how 'cool' e-cig flavors feel to users
NCT ID NCT05932693
Summary
This small pilot study aimed to understand how adult e-cigarette users perceive the cooling sensation from different flavor ingredients. Researchers tested 31 adults who regularly use e-cigarettes, having them try e-liquids with varying concentrations of two cooling flavors (WS-3 and menthol) without nicotine. Participants rated how 'cool' each flavor felt on a scale, helping researchers select appropriate concentrations for a future main study.
