Summary
This study looked at whether competitive video gamers (e-athletes) have better cognitive skills and eye reflexes than non-athletes. 36 people aged 17-27 took tests of attention, memory, and balance. The goal was to see if gaming is linked to any mental or physical advantages. This was an observational study, not a treatment trial.
