Summary
This study aims to see if clinics can successfully adopt a new, evidence-based tool for measuring swallowing problems (dysphagia) in cancer patients. It will test different strategies for getting clinics to use the tool consistently in their routine practice. The goal is to improve how swallowing difficulties are tracked and managed as a side effect of cancer treatment.
