NCT ID NCT07107191
First seen May 18, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026
Summary
This study looked at 120 older adults (65+) to see if dysfunctional breathing—abnormal breathing patterns without a clear medical cause—affects physical fitness. Participants completed breathing questionnaires and fitness tests like standing from a chair, walking, and stretching. The goal was to understand how breathing issues might limit strength, balance, and endurance in aging adults.
