First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at whether using a stretchy tape called Dynamic Taping along with specific exercises can help people with upper crossed syndrome—a condition that causes forward head, rounded shoulders, and back pain. About 36 adults will be recruited to test if this combination improves posture and muscle control. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to ease symptoms and improve daily function.
