Summary
This study looks at whether a yoga program designed for both head and neck cancer patients undergoing radiation and their family caregivers is practical and helpful. About 236 patient-caregiver pairs will take part. The goal is to see if yoga can improve quality of life, reduce fatigue, sleep problems, and depression, and boost physical strength.
