New hope for Crohn's: Long-Term maintenance drug enters final testing

Summary
This study tests a new medicine called duvakitug for people with moderate to severe Crohn's disease who have already responded to treatment. The goal is to see if duvakitug can help keep the disease in remission longer than a placebo. About 751 adults will take part, and the study lasts up to 5.5 years, including an open-label extension where everyone gets the drug.
