Summary
This study tested a combination of two immunotherapy drugs, durvalumab and tremelimumab, in people with advanced thyroid cancer that had gotten worse despite standard treatments. The goal was to see if the drugs could shrink tumors or stop the cancer from growing for at least 6 months. The trial included 79 adults with different types of thyroid cancer, but it was stopped early.
