First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests two immunotherapy drugs, durvalumab and tremelimumab, alone or together with standard chemotherapy, in people with advanced solid cancers that cannot be cured. The main goal is to find the safest dose that does not cause severe side effects. About 153 participants will be enrolled, and the study also looks at how well the treatment shrinks or controls the cancer.
