New immunotherapy combo tested for incurable cancers

Summary
This study tests two immunotherapy drugs, durvalumab and tremelimumab, alone or together with standard chemotherapy in people with advanced solid tumors that cannot be cured. The main goal is to find the highest safe dose that does not cause severe side effects. About 153 participants will take part, and the study also looks at how well the treatment shrinks tumors.
