Summary
This study is for people with early-stage lung cancer that can be removed with surgery. Participants receive the immunotherapy drug durvalumab before their operation. The main goal is to see how the drug changes the tumor and immune system, not to cure the disease. About 25 people will take part in this Phase 2 trial.
