This study is testing a new device called the DurAVR™ THV system for people with severe aortic stenosis, a condition where the heart's aortic valve becomes narrow and stiff. The study involves 40 participants who need a valve replacement and are eligible for a minimally invasive procedure called TAVR. The main goal is to check if the device is safe and works well by looking at rates of death or disabling stroke within 30 days after the procedure.
