Summary
This study looked at how a medication called dupilumab affects the skin's protective barrier in Chinese patients with moderate-to-severe eczema. Researchers measured how much water was lost from the skin before and after a gentle tape-stripping test. The goal was to understand if and how the drug helps repair the skin's natural defenses over 16 weeks of treatment.
