First seen Apr 19, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at how well dupilumab (Dupixent) works over 2 years in children aged 6 to 14 with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). About 48 kids will receive the drug and researchers will measure skin barrier function and track side effects. The goal is to see if long-term treatment helps control the disease and improves skin health.
