Lifeline extended for boys with muscular dystrophy awaiting drug approval

Summary
This program provides continued access to the drug vamorolone for boys with Duchenne muscular dystrophy who have already participated in earlier studies. It allows them to keep receiving the medication while the drug company prepares and submits it for full regulatory approval. The program is designed to prevent a treatment gap for these patients who cannot join other trials.
