Summary

This study tests whether an 8-week program that combines physical exercises with mental tasks (like counting or word games) can improve movement, balance, and thinking skills in adolescents with pediatric-onset multiple sclerosis. About 22 teens aged 12-18 will be randomly assigned to either dual-task training or standard exercise. The goal is to see if adding cognitive challenges to physical activity leads to better outcomes in daily life and quality of life.
