Can brain-balance training help kids with cerebral palsy walk better?
NCT ID NCT07157488
First seen Oct 31, 2025
Summary
This study tests whether combining two types of training—dual task training (doing two things at once) and vestibular stimulation (exercises that activate the inner ear's balance system)—can improve gross motor function, balance, and endurance in children aged 6–12 with diplegic cerebral palsy. About 54 participants who can walk with or without help will be randomly assigned to receive either the combined training or standard motor training. The goal is to see if this combined approach helps children move and function better in everyday life.
