Summary
This study tested whether a special exercise program could help people with Alzheimer's disease. Thirty-four participants were assigned to either standard exercises or a program that combined physical movements with mental tasks. Researchers measured changes in balance, fear of falling, memory, mood, and overall quality of life after eight weeks of training.
