Summary

This study looked at whether doing physical and mental tasks at the same time (dual-task training) can help people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's. 34 participants completed the program. The goal was to see if this training could improve balance, reduce fear of falling, boost thinking skills, and lift mood. The results could offer a simple way to improve daily life for those with Alzheimer's.
