Smart immune cells take aim at Hard-to-Treat cancers

NCT ID NCT07523529

First seen Apr 22, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests a new approach using a patient's own immune cells, engineered to attack two cancer targets at once, for adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. Each participant's cancer is first tested to find the best two targets, then a custom cell therapy is made. The goal is to see if this dual-targeting strategy can better control tumors and reduce the chance of cancer escaping the treatment, while keeping side effects manageable.
