Summary

This study tests a new approach for people with liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The treatment combines a procedure to grow the healthy part of the liver, chemotherapy directly into the liver, and two drugs (tislelizumab and lenvatinib) to shrink the tumor. The goal is to see if this combination can make the cancer removable and safe to operate on. About 30 adults aged 18-75 with right-sided liver cancer that hasn't spread will take part.
