Double attack on lymphoma: CAR-T cells followed by antibodies show promise
NCT ID NCT04889716
First seen Mar 21, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving an extra antibody drug (mosunetuzumab or glofitamab) after CAR-T cell therapy can improve results for people with aggressive large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to prior treatments. About 42 participants will receive the combination and be monitored for safety and how well the cancer responds. The goal is to see if this dual-targeting approach leads to more complete remissions without serious side effects.
