Summary

This study tests an experimental eye drop called DT-168 in people with Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy who are already scheduled for a corneal transplant. The goal is to see if the drops are safe and affect disease-related markers. About 28 adults aged 30 and older with a specific genetic change will take part.
