New touchless laser offers hope for glaucoma patients who failed prior treatment

Summary
This study tests a newer, touchless laser treatment called DSLT for people with high eye pressure or open-angle glaucoma who have already had a similar laser (SLT). The goal is to see how well it lowers eye pressure and if it is safe. Sixty adults will receive the treatment and be followed for 6 months.
