This study tested whether a daily supplement containing a full range of hyaluronic acids could improve dry facial skin and lips in healthy women aged 40 to 70. Over 120 women took either the supplement or a placebo for 3 months. Researchers measured skin hydration, lip moisture, and skin quality using special devices and expert assessments.
