Needles or stretches: which eases back pain better?
NCT ID NCT07426562
Summary
This study aims to see which of two physical therapy methods works better for easing chronic low back pain linked to tight hamstring muscles. Researchers will compare dry needling (a technique using thin needles) to a specific stretching method, both given alongside standard physical therapy. The study will involve 36 adults with long-term low back pain to see which approach improves flexibility, reduces pain, and helps with daily activities more.
