Shock therapy for stiff necks: new combo treatment tested

Summary
This study tests whether adding dry needling with mild electrical pulses to standard exercises helps people with long-term neck pain more than exercises alone. About 100 adults aged 30-65 with non-specific chronic neck pain will be followed. The goal is to see if the combined treatment improves daily function and reduces pain better than exercise by itself.
