Summary
This study looks at how a treatment called dry needling affects the quadriceps (thigh) muscle. Researchers will measure muscle thickness, strength, and knee movement in 46 healthy adults before and after the needling. The goal is to understand the physical changes caused by the treatment, not to treat a disease.
