Summary
This study tested whether a technique called dry needling could help improve insulin resistance in obese women after menopause. It involved 52 women aged 48-60 who were at least 3 years past menopause. Researchers measured changes in insulin resistance, abdominal fat, and body measurements to see if the treatment was helpful.
