Summary
This study looked at whether dry needling (using thin needles on tight muscles) can reduce spasticity and improve movement in children with cerebral palsy. 48 children who could walk and follow instructions took part. Researchers measured muscle stiffness, walking speed, and motor skills before and after treatment. The goal was to see if this therapy helps children move more easily.
