New spray could bring relief to seniors with chronic dry mouth

Summary
This study tests whether an enzyme-containing mouth spray (Oral7) can relieve dry mouth symptoms and improve quality of life in adults aged 60 and older. One hundred participants will receive either the active spray or a placebo for four weeks. The goal is to see if the spray increases saliva flow and reduces discomfort.
