Summary

This study tests whether injecting hyaluronic acid into the mouth can relieve dry mouth symptoms in adults with xerostomia. Forty participants will receive either the active treatment or a placebo and be followed for six months. The goal is to see if the treatment improves comfort, is safe, and how long any benefit lasts.
