Summary
This study tests if transplanting healthy bacteria onto the eye's surface can improve symptoms of dry eye disease. About 40 adults with moderate to severe dry eye will receive either the bacteria transplant or a standard treatment. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and reduces discomfort like dryness and pain.
